At SnelleWeb, we are incredibly proud to announce the launch of the Caribbean Summit on Neurological Disorders website, a project that represents our dedication to enhancing event experiences through cutting-edge digital solutions. Having been involved since 2018, we are once again honored to play a key role in making this important event a success.
This year, our team not only designed and developed the official summit website but also implemented a seamless registration process featuring e-tickets and custom-designed badges. These badges will enable attendees to scan and easily navigate between rooms and sessions, creating a streamlined experience from start to finish.
To facilitate hassle-free attendance, participants can pay online using two secure payment systems. Attendees can make payments via Wise transfer or use their credit cards through CXPAY. Additionally, local attendees have the option to use Sentoo, ensuring that everyone can access convenient payment methods.
In partnership with Fundashon Alton Paas, Stichting Multiple Sclerose Curaçao, and Umente Neuroscience Awareness Network, the summit returns with a focus on Cure, Care, and Inclusion for those affected by neurological disorders. Attendees from across the Caribbean, including Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, and beyond, will gather to share insights, research, and advancements in neurological care.
SnelleWeb’s involvement doesn’t stop with the website. We’ve ensured that the entire digital experience—from the moment visitors land on the page to the instant they check in at the event—runs flawlessly. The website we designed allows for quick access to summit details, ticket purchasing, and real-time updates. This ensures every attendee is connected, informed, and ready to engage with the summit’s agenda.
In 2018, we first introduced QR code registration, helping simplify entry and enhance event flow. This year, we’ve taken it a step further with scannable badges and an intuitive e-ticketing system, making check-in faster and more efficient than ever before.
For us at SnelleWeb, this project highlights our core mission: empowering events with the digital tools necessary to make a lasting impact. The Caribbean Summit on Neurological Disorders 2024 is just the beginning of what we aim to achieve for the broader medical and scientific communities, and we are excited to be an integral part of this journey.
